I just want to thank you so much for yesterday. Chef Mark and the two waitresses could not have done more, they were so attentive and obviously enjoyed what they do. The food was absolutely amazing and everyone who was there commented, both on the night and since, about the food.  Thank you so much, from the very first email your company has been so professional and attentive and handing over the catering so I could enjoy my birthday was the best decision – it was perfect!  Also, I’m certain they left it cleaner that when they found it.
