Mark and team worked extraordinarily hard to make the whole day run as smoothly as possible. The food was excellent; from the perfectly put together and delicious canapes to the gorgeously succulent BBQ’d meats, fish, cauliflower steak and fresh salads. Guests said how exquisite the breakfast was, with an excellent design for every pallet and requirement. Vegans were especially impressed with their cauliflower steaks. The service was efficient and precise and seemed to go without a hitch. The behind the scenes and front of house service was outstanding. We received a thorough schedule to be filled out before the day not only assisting with the catering side but helped the logistics of the day marry together smoothly. Thanks to the whole team for delivering an exceptional service.
