Just wanted to say a huge thank you to you [Stuart] and Mark for all your work in helping organise the food for mum's party, and the amazing job Mark did of pulling it all together on Saturday. It was beautifully presented, tasted amazing and we had so many compliments on the quality of the food. Really appreciate your advise in choosing menu options that catered for large crowds and were easy self serve, whilst still maintaining lovely flavours. It's a tricky balance!
The sun was shining all evening, so the menu really did shine through with the Mediterranean feel. Thank you so much for enabling us to not have to worry about the food and therefore mum truly having a really special evening with her friends.
...hopefully our paths will cross again at some point in the future. I'm already thinking who else in my family I can force to have a big party...
