Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to proceed the order. Please note that though we accept your order via the website we reserve the right to cancel it due to stock shortages or other circumstances.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and payPal payments. You may also send your credit card information via phone.
Delivery The delivery charges shown are for delivery to any one address.

All perishables are sent by chilled next day carrier.
Delivery Schedule We undertake to supply you with the goods described in these WebPages or in our brochure by any date you might reasonably request knowing that our products have to be processed and posted. If you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your requirement on the telephone 01789 730 703. Some of our products are nearly always available for immediate dispatch, those with a shorter keeping life may not.

We will normally send your order to you in 10 business days. Deliveries are, in the great majority of cases, made on the date requested which must be at least 3 days after the date ordered (mainland UK apart from the Highlands and Islands,) If a delay occurs and the parcel cannot be delivered on the requested date, the carriers guarantee to deliver it the next day. If there is nobody in to sign for the parcel a note can be left instructing the carriers to, for example, leave next door, leave in garage etc. Should the carriers not receive any instructions a card will be left informing the recipient of a telephone number to call to arrange delivery.
Back Orders If your ordered item is out of stock, we will back order for you. However, we may charge for postage and packaging for your back order. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or avoid added postage and packaging cost.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK 15% VAT is added where applicable.
Credit Card Security HSBC or PayPal carries out all credit card transactions on our behalf. Your card details are not held in clear text on any web site and they are not available to us at any time.

Returns Policy Faulty or damaged goods must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery. In the event of dissatisfaction with the product supplied the goods are to be returned unopened and in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery and a refund will be sent on receipt by us.


Please contact us immediately by email or telephone if you are considering returning any items. Return delivery costs are to be paid by the purchaser and we suggest you return the goods by registered delivery, as we will not refund returns lost in the post. We will only send a replacement product, upon confirmation that the damaged items have been returned. Perishable goods must have been kept refrigerated from the day of delivery.

If initial payment was by Credit Card, then the refund will be made back to your Credit Card Company or by a cheque. If however payment was by a cheque, then the refund will be posted to you by a cheque promptly. Our major concern is to maintain our happy relationship with you our customer.
Remittance Terms Payment must be made in full before any item is dispatched.
