Nathan Lewitt and Mark Hayden have worked in some of the country’s busiest and most exclusive kitchens up and down the country – from the glamour and glitz of the Savoy Grill to Claridges’ classical surroundings. Now they are working together in the Woodland Kitchen combining more than 30 years experience to produce exquisite dishes for those special events – everything from a family celebration to a sumptuous charity banquet – along with their own range of smoked artisan products.
